This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa features a private pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while enjoying panoramic sea and mountain views amidst lush greenery atop Bophut Hill. Just a short drive away from restaurants, the beach, and the vibrant nightlife at Fisherman's Village, it's the perfect location for exploring Koh Samui.

Bedrooms

The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

• Bedroom 1, a big master bedroom, opens onto a spacious balcony offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea.
• Bedroom 2, a middle bedroom, also has access to a balcony.
• Bedroom 3, a cozy double bedroom.

Living Room

The spacious living area opens onto a sun terrace with a private infinity pool, a sun-drenched terrace with a bar, and an outdoor Jacuzzi area for relaxation. Guests can enjoy watching TV while overlooking the stunning view on the outside.

Open Kitchen

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto), cookware, and dining utensils. It includes a dining area that comfortably seats up to 6 people.

Services

• Cleaning service with a change of linens and towels once a week (Extra cleaning is available at a fee).
• Free motorbike use (please note that deposit of 5,000 Baht is required). We can arrange car rental delivery to your villa, please message us for more information.

Rate Excludes

• Electricity is charged separately at 10 THB/kWh based on usage
• A security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent in another currency is required to cover potential damages. Fully refundable upon departure, minus any charges or damages.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire villa and private parking space. We also offer complimentary use of a Honda PCX motorbike (deposit required) and a private gym with a sea view.

Other Things to Note

1. Villa Access Road
As the villa is situated on a hillside with a relatively steep access road, we strongly recommend renting a car or motorbike or using a taxi for a more comfortable stay. Using your own vehicle will also make it easier and safer to explore Samui Island.

2. House Rules
Smoking is allowed only outdoors, such as on the balcony and terrace. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty of 5,000 THB.
