The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

• Bedroom 1, a large master suite, opens onto a spacious balcony with stunning mountain and sea views.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 are twin rooms with jungle views.

Living Room

The spacious living area opens onto a sun terrace with a private infinity pool, a sun-drenched terrace with a bar, and an outdoor Jacuzzi area for relaxation. The living room is equipped with an internet TV for your entertainment.

Open Kitchen

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and dining utensils. It includes a dining area that comfortably seats up to 6 people.

Other Things to Note

1. Villa Access Road
As the villa is situated on a hillside with a relatively steep access road, we strongly recommend renting a car or motorbike or using a taxi for a more comfortable stay. Using your own vehicle will also make it easier and safer to explore Samui Island.

2. Neighborhood
Fisherman Seaview Villas is located in the tourist area of Bophut on Koh Samui, surrounded by several accommodations. The villa is strategically placed on a hill, so some buildings are visible from the lower staircase in front of the house. Our villa is designed to offer a balance between stunning views and privacy. The villa’s outdoor living space is open to panoramic views, with walls and shrubs installed on each boundary with neighboring properties to provide guests with ample privacy. Neighbors and villa owners in the surrounding area are warm and friendly, contributing to the overall sense of community and safety.

3. House Rules
Smoking is allowed only outdoors, such as on the balcony and terrace. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty of 5,000 THB.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Check-out time is at noon.
Early check-in or late check-out is free of charge depending on availability, so please inform us at least 1 day in advance.
